Is there a way to block payments from unverified PayPal accounts on Shoppy?
or
Is there a platform which allows it?

Do you have an option to allow/disallow the use of VPNs/Proxies there? I'm sure some systems do that. Not sure about Shoppy.
So basically when someone tries to purchase products with a fake/theft PayPal, and using some proxies, he won't be able to do so.

No

That's what I'm looking for, a way to prevent the use of fake/unverified Paypal accounts
Edit: I found a way to do that using Paypal but I haven't tried it myself. It blocks payment from account without a confirmed address.

I'm Stanley HF's helper bot. This OP (original poster) of this thread wants everyone to see this page and has elected to bump it to the top of the showthread listing. Since HF doesn't want a ton of LQP (Low Quality Posts) this is the best method of bumping your content. There is a small βyte fee for each bump. Any OP can bump any of their threads on HF from the linked icon on the top of their first post.
If you haven't already read the first post of this thread we encourage you to do so.

Yes, shoppy, sellix, etc. are sort of blacklisted by Paypal.

They're considered sus it's what I'm saying, Paypal security system is a sum game, once you reach a certain score they limit you

Can you recommend something similar that isn't blacklisted?

This is due to security reasons. They get the payment to their bitcoin wallet and then they send you the money with their bitcoin wallet.
