I've received several messages from people both on HF and outside of HF (discord) that they don't understand why I have to fight for my money. Even though I agree with them, I still respond with "It's a deal dispute with MM included, it has to go down like that". I'm uploading everything that is being requested. I even uploaded proof from my PERSONAL SNAPCHAT to prove that I was not at home the night when Tomek went all crazy on me.

I've uploaded proof to show that I lost money using his method, and when it finally seemed like this was over and he exit scammed, (you can see that I would've received my refund from MM after 24 hours if Tomek didn't resolve his other 4-5 disputes), and now he comes back with another desperate move to try and get me to look bad by faking proof & hoping to get the money from the MM? Honestly I'm done. I've now uploaded any & all evidence that I have, I can not upload more evidence because there is none. I am no magician like Tomek and be able to find evidence that has nothing to do with this case.

With this message I just want to upload one last evidence, this is a recording of mine & Tomek's discord conversation, where u can clearly see that I have no association of the stake.com account that he claims is mine. User lied about his method, I asked him over here in his thread if his method is about wagering and taking prizes from wagers and he clearly said no:

1) First of all this method works at stake.com or primedice.com(as I see from your screenshots) and you have to be OVER 18 to use these gambling sites. Also you can't use these sites many times cause of region, it's not allowed in US and other countries.

2)That method has to do with the platinum accounts and the ''giveaways'' that site gives to those who wager good amounts.

3)Even if you gamble 0.000001 btc per round at 1.01x (98% winrate) you'll lose many $$$ while you're trying to get the top wagers on the site.

4)Top wagers for the ''giveaways'' are couple btc so probably you won't be able to make the number which is required to get the bounty. And if you do you'll lose around 200-500$ dollars probably while you're trying.

5)If this method worked as you say you would just make tons of accounts on these gambling sites and you would be millionaire.

6)Plus selling 3 copies within few hours from the time that you posted the thread to guys who joined literally 2-3 days ago (Join Date: 09-19-2020) and all newbies with no contracts seems sketchy.

In all the disputes that users opened against him he says that everyone break his T.O.S. and he won't give refund. He explained his T.O.S VIA DISCORD AFTER USERS PAID HIM, when clear T.O.S. in thread is ''EARN OR REFUND''.

The only 3 users that VOUCH FOR HIS PRODUCT. Are 3 newbies accounts that are few days members in this forums.

It's super obvious that user is multi and account buyer.

His account was stolen/bought, does nobody check things like this before dealing with them?

I was suspicious and check him and then decide to use MM, and didn't have any problems at all.
It's look like exit scam, but in same time he try to work out with customers (or just take much money as possible).
I'm not smart, hard to decide.

Also it's fairly obvious that user name Vitaly supported you in all your disputes besides you're clearly a multi account, scammer and liar. So probably you're either same person or he's your friend and he's trying to help you.

Impossible to post screenshots of the betting logs. Stake.com shows 10 bets per page and there's thousands upon thousands of bets.

2. It takes up to 1 week for a user to get into VIP to be able to claim the casino bonus which is the core part of your method.
3. taap provided multiple screenshots showing that he deposited $200, and lost $150 from it in less than 48h. So did another user who lost everything in another DD. Which means that it's not profitable.


Is that enough? Or do you want to continue to play court?

The only reason i was prolonging my decision is because i was waiting on enough proof (which was really scarce) and i was actually giving a chance to Tomek, even though he has 5 open disputes. I was in the middle of the deal for both sides safety. But the fact that he wasn't doing anything about his other deal disputes and was just trying to win one where he could get more money pushed me even more towards refunding taap.

Thanks to the shitposters who made this take way longer and made it infinitely times harder.

Unfortunately this open dispute will stay as a stain on @taap@'s profile.

I have never had a deal go worse than this one and it will serve as a lesson in the deals i middleman next. (or not if i get cancelled for my decision lol)
