So obviously I made a dumb decision and got into a very bad agreement. I've been looking for stuff in the agreement that would basically nullify the entire thing over and over and over until I see something because no one likes being threatened to be sued. SO at the very start of the agreement, it says;
This Influencer Agreement (Hereinafter The "Agreement") is effective as of [October 26, 2020]
(the “Effective Date”) and is by And between [BLOCKING OUT NAME] with an address of [BLOCKING OUT] (Herein “Talent”) And "THE LLC"
with an address of [BLOCKING OUT]
So I decided to actually look up the LLC from the state it said in the address. Looked up the LLC and found out it wasn't even formed until a month later. So, of course, I'm asking an attorney if they have any power since i signed the agreement with an llc that didn't exist at the time.
Just thought I'd share since I posted when it initially happened
