I think I caught a lucky break? Manager trying to sue me

So obviously I made a dumb decision and got into a very bad agreement. I've been looking for stuff in the agreement that would basically nullify the entire thing over and over and over until I see something because no one likes being threatened to be sued. SO at the very start of the agreement, it says;

This Influencer Agreement (Hereinafter The "Agreement") is effective as of [October 26, 2020]
(the “Effective Date”) and is by And between [BLOCKING OUT NAME] with an address of [BLOCKING OUT] (Herein “Talent”) And "THE LLC"
with an address of [BLOCKING OUT]

So I decided to actually look up the LLC from the state it said in the address. Looked up the LLC and found out it wasn't even formed until a month later. So, of course, I'm asking an attorney if they have any power since i signed the agreement with an llc that didn't exist at the time.

Just thought I'd share since I posted when it initially happened
Wait. What? What is your boss trying to sue you for? I've been gone one day and missed some shit I guess.

Read your previous thread where you posted about this when it happened. Now you have me curious. Has your attorney responded yet? Would love to hear how he invalidated the contract. GoodLuck lad.

Will keep you all updated with a follow up thread more than likely in the next few days whenever he responses

Basically just a bad manager who’s mad he can’t steal money from me
Just read the post. 70 fucking percent? Hell no. A manager usually doesn't make more than 10%. 70% is just straight up robbery. Cut that fucker loose if you haven't already. I hope your attorney finds the loophole. There's always at least one.

Yeah I believe me entering an agreement with an LLC that didn’t exist at the time is enough to void the whole thing basically the dudes definitely scum
I hope that you do not get sued and also I will be your manager next time

I don't think he has any legal grounds or anything that would hold up in court and I'm 99% sure the whole agreement is no longer valid since at the time of the agreement the LLC didn't actually exist
