So I have recently been working on ways to get more threads on the site and more reasons to post. One way I have found to be a great way to allow members to engage more on site would be to reward them with something. Thankfully, we already have such features in place for awards. Now these are just a few concept ideas. Granted, I know not everyone will agree with some of them, but we all know they can all be changed to everyone's liking in the future and this is just a suggestion and not 100% final.

Award Goal Name - Novelist

How this award could be obtained - Make a total of 1000 threads which have a minimum of 250 words within.

(This would be added to stop people from just making small little threads that are just not useful.)

Award Goal Name - Lottomatic

How this award could be obtained - I have 2 ideas for ways to get this award. The first being making over 25 Bytes Lottery. Or enter a total of 100 Bytes Lotteries.

How this award could be obtained - This award would go to those who have 1000 replies from posting on the site.

Award Goal Name - We Hear you!

How this award could be obtained - We all have popular threads here and there, so why not get awarded for making them? With threads that are popular, they then turn red as we all know. Why not, if someone reaches 100 of these, they get an award for it.

How this award could be obtained - If you have spent a year online active on HF you would be awarded this award.

Omni if you are reading this. I am sorry for adding more things to your roadmap. I don't expect you to do any of these. I just had a few ideas I thought I would share with the community and see what everyone thinks. Even if one of them is accepted into the awards goals, I think my work is done. 😁

The numbers I have put are just a baseline and not final, I would imagine if they became to be a real thing, the numbers would be maybe more reasonable. Granted a number that isnt to easy to get to but also a number that would be a little of a grind to get to to make it worth the grant of the award.

I think 100 is a bit more reasonable. I don't know if there's many members that even have 1000 threads in total.

1000 is unrealistic and for most it's unachievable to have time to create these without AI. It needs to be achievable for it to be an award goal.
