Not always true. They ARE banned when evidence is on site, aka all deals done via PM and so on, but a lot of people get away with it by doing the deal offsite.

This is just a rough number that I'm pulling out of no where, but I'd say maybe 25% of scammers here, if that, actually get banned. A lot of people get away since the proof, even though it may be legitimate, is off site. This is just another line of defense if you will to prevent a lot of scammers from 'striking' multiple times.

People should still make a thread so they can try to work things out, only when there is indisputable proof that a scam has taken place and the scammer will not return the money should someone PM me and link me or Necrotoxin to the thread.

It's encouraged you try to solve all scams yourself before reporting them here.

Edit: My Text document contains about 15 names and reasons as of right now, I need to leave again for a bit, but when I return I'll add about 10 more then update the OP. Thanks for all the PM's so far.

Lol do you have any idea how long it would take to compile such a list? There's 173 (as of 2 days ago) pages of scam reports.
