some remarks, last line in the try statement is sleep, and catch is a sleep also, so you can put one after the end try if your gonna sleep anyway.
i suggest that you remove that boolean, loop infinitly, and the sub stopflooding would abort all threads.
Edit : forgot to say thnks for the contribution ^^

If you use a boolean and if it becomes false then the thread will abort itself and I forgot about the sleep thing so thanks for that.

yeah it's almost the same^^ but with a boolean thread will finish the code and exit. but aborting the thread will shutdown flooding where ever it is (sending, sleeping...) it gives it a bit of precision.
One thing for while.
You can just use while (KeepFlooding)
instead putting == true.
while (KeepFlooding) is equal to while (KeepFlooding == true)
while (!KeepFlooding) is equal to while (KeepFlooding == false)
:)
But nice thought, I like ur tuts etc. alot, because ur posting exampel for VB + C#, wich will
help away more for peoples, because they will see the 2 synthax different and how you can do it in
both languages :P

You're right, OP is still active but the way the problem was put, he was frustrated that this 6 year old code is not working. Also, the use of vulgar language for no reason or well, the attempt to lol
