I was wondering if Apple products are sold anywhere
else other than Apple online store and Apple retail

Well yes obviously lol... Ebay, Amazon sell them and depending on where you live in the world normal shops do also. For example in the UK, Currys, PCworld, normal computer shops and all those kind of shops do also. So the answer to your question is yes ;)

ebay is the best place to get apple products the cheapest.

Of course! Many online stores have them, as-well as several normal stores. I would personally recommend Amazon as an alternative.

They're sold in a lot of computer stores; there are even some "Premium Resellers", who offer additional services.
