What are the consequences for somebody who has admitted to scamming. I have him admitting via PM. He says he did it because he wanted the money and he'll "pay me back". (Bullshit)

If I get a screenshot of him admitting on Hackforums, where can I submit it so actions can be taken against him?

I believe that they can be banned, another user (I can't remeber) was banned a short time ago for admitting it.

HF does not get involved in deal disputes. If you want to forward the PM to an admin (staff can't verify PMs) then the admin will take action if they feel necessary. Don't expect that the admin will feel compelled to take action though, it depends on the context and what was actually said.
