Looks like AnimeFAN! FINALLY got its' official group, much excite. Congratulations.

How's everyone been? What series are you knee-deep in? Anything super duper important that I missed?

(This is mainly addressing the older peeps from this section. Sorry to the new cats!)

Also, I'll probably be around for much longer this time, seeing as how I'm moved in with the lady, got a stable job at IBM and all that, so have no fear, SewBae is hurr. <3

AnimeFAN has its own group and is currently being ran by Tweety, though the name is still mine I believe. Not much else has happened. This section has really died honestly, ask Tweets, I assume the good stuff happens in AF.

AA is a shithole for the most part, AF is 3 people talking about League of Legends for 42 pages in a row. I still think AF has the potential, just lacks the activity and threads considering the amount of members we have. Maybe now that exams are over we'll see some more activity.

Unlike AA we can easily manage the threads on AF and maintain its quality.

The issue with AF might be related to the fact that half of AA's more "active" members weren't let in in the first place, and you if look through who got accepted in the thread you only recognize about 30% of the names?

Personally I don't use AA too much any more, I do check it every day but there's hardly anything interesting to join in on here, I just use skype/hb for the most part nowadays. Compared to before (lot to do with the AA lounge I guess) where I posted 10-20 times a day

Well I have well over 1k posts in Anime section and was here well before the AF was even created (Not to mention that I'm picky when choosing a thread to post on) , I found so many "new" people posting in AA after getting AF that made me wonder how they got the AF badge in first place without ever seeing them before.

Not to mention the attempt to literally force us into attending AF night when only like half the people are even able to and the other half no one wants to watch the shit that gets put up.

Especially when there was a decent amount of people completely against it, but instead of listening barrier just kept trying to argue with us and saying "Tweety said so" but Tweety never said shit to clarify. Barrier just started posting in the threads that you must join or youre kicked.

Basically the random idea that barrier somehow was able to kick people just because he organized AF night.
