Is there any other way to deactivate a psn account? Have to wait till 6 months is up and plus in live chat they cant either because they said as of last month April they were no longer able to deactivate accounts. Is there another way?

Live chat isn't that great when it comes deactivating accounts. Assuming that it is your own account calling is the best solution. I've had this work 2 times for me.

yea they changed their procedures, no matter what you do they wont do it for you. I have called 10s of times

You can call and request a form to be sent to your email and they will deactivate for you I've done it recently on my account to let my brother gameshare ps4
