Whether you're just getting into anime or you're a binge watching veteran, we all have shows that we truly enjoyed enough to call our favorite. Sometimes though, the whole show isn't good, but it still has some good ass episodes.

I'll start with one of my favorites, Mushroom Samba from Cowboy Bebop. Short synopsis from Wikipedia:
The Bebop, out of food and fuel, is sideswiped in a hit-and-run off of Europa and crash-lands on Io. Ed, with Ein by her side, is sent out to procure food, and ends up running across Domino Walker, a bounty-head who is smuggling hallucinogenic mushrooms.
Funny episode with good action, direction, and a bangin' Samba soundtrack, hence where the episode gets it's name. Here's a short clip of it:
