.Sinister: What's up, H3God? I'd like to welcome you to the 296th edition of the HF News! Any shoutouts you want to make before we begin? H3God: I'd like to give out a shoutout to Echo and All The Crazy Members In the group :-)
.Sinister: Considering this is your first time being interviewed, do you mind telling us how you stumbled upon HF? H3God: I would always hear people talking about it in my xbox live party chats back when I used to play Halo 3 On the 360 regularly, One day I decided it was time to check Hackforums out for myself and I went onto the site and signed up.
.Sinister: What are your thoughts on HF after all these years? Have you gotten anything out of it? H3God: My thoughts on H.F are that it's a great forum and has a great community. H.F has a ton of good free resources whether it's free methods in the monetizing section or help desks to help newbies trying to make money online or people who are wanting to learn hacking. There are always people willing to help. You'll stumble across some trolls every once in a while or people trying to act childish but can't expect that to not happen when the majority of people on H.F are 15-16 year old kids still In Highschool. I've gotten many things out of H.F. If it wasn't for H.F I wouldn't have started making money online. I've gained tons of knowledge throughout the years thanks to the H.F Community.
.Sinister: It's good to hear HF has benefited you in one way or another. Did you make money before HF? How did you felt when you saw your first earnings online? H3God: H.F was the first time I ever made money online wise. I did make money before working As a cashier when i was in Highschool which was the worst job and I was miserable having told what to always do. I've always been the type to want to be my own boss and I've always hated having to be told what to do or having to wake up at a certain time. That Is when I knew I wanted to make money online. My first earnings were when I used to flip btc by buying it at 10% and then selling it for 15%-20% (Back when you could actually sell btc for 20%) then I did this for about a month or 2 straight and saving up some money. I wasn't too excited when I got my online earnings at first as I only used to make like 5-10 dollars a day max in profit. The time I actually started getting profit was when I would actually get excited. I ended up investing all the btc profit I made into buying stellar ( back when you could link facebook accounts to get free stellar) and I did and bought around $400 worth of stellar. I ended up selling it for around like $150 profit. A week later stellar went up around 4-5x the price so if I waited and had patience a little longer I would've made around $1600 in profit :) however I was excited thougt making that $150 as that was the most I had ever made ina day at that time. and that's when the moneymaking all started
.Sinister: Haha, I definitely remember Stellar. There was a big hype around it. I assume you have an entrepreneurial way of thinking. How would you compare your earnings back then to now? H3God: One of the Most important ways to know when making money online is to have an Entrepreneurial mindset. Say there's 5 people who have the same product and You could have the most efficient product out of the 5 but if your competitor's are smart about it then they'll get more sales/customers than you even if you do have more of a "High quality" product. I Definitely make way more than before. I'm always wanting to make more. I could make a good amount in one day and then the next day I'll wake up and want to make more than the day before. always have around 3-4 members per week who message me asking me how much I make, Wouldn't like to get too much into how much I make but I do make a pretty good amount i'd say :) More than working as a cashier that's for sure. This is just the beggining for me and I still have many things to do and many more things to learn across my moneymaking journey.
.Sinister: Hearing about your success is quite inspirational. Entrepreneurs usually have failed many times before they eventually became successful. Have you failed before making any money? H3God: I've failed countless times. I've pretty much tried everything in the past. From cpa/ppd/adfly/selling/social media advertising/ I've tried pretty much the majority of things people can name and I've made very bad investments in the past. One specific time was when i bought around 8-10 btc worth of omc and the price ended up crashing and Omni ended up not wanting to use the coin on H.F anymore. All in all my btc went down from about 8-10 btc all the way to like 1 btc I believe. I ended up losing a lot due to being dumb and greedy. Another time was when I bought litecoin in at around 5-6 bucks when litecoin was getting pumped and I ended up losing half of my investment. I belive I invested $2k as well. Funny how i'm writing this is when the price of litecoin has gone back up to $5+ if I was patient at that time I wouldn't have lost my money. All in all I've made back my losses overtime + profit by becoming a smart investor and not becoming too greedy. All those times I failed made me who I am today. Even thought I failed many times I never gave up until I found something that worked for me. Now I believe if I go back to trying what I did before I would be able to make decent $ off of them. It's not even about making $ anymore. It's more about if it's actually worth my time to do those things ( Not trying to sound cocky at all) but when you actually start making money online you're not interested in small amounts anymore and most of the time some things won't be worth your time to do. Can't succeed without failing a ton of times and most people usually give up when they fail 1 time or a couple of times.
.Sinister: That's very true. Have you learned to be patient over the years, knowing what it can do for you? H3God: I've learned to be patient but mainly just depends on what it is for, For example if it's for buying an altcoin and if the altcoin goes down and I just hold it then yes i'm patient, But if its for getting a project or design made by someone then i'm very impatient and sometimes people will say they can do it the next day or the week after and I will just try to look for someone else. That can be a good thing at times but can also be a bad thing. I've always been impatient all my life. I actually have a funny story. I introduced my friend to altcoin trading and told him the in's and outs of it and the first day he bought an altcoin named (Diggits) for $18 a coin but I only gave him $1 to experiment on. Diggits ended up going down to like 1 cents per diggits and he pretty much lost the full dollar lol. Then I gave him another couple dollars just so he could learn the ins and outs of trading and he ended up turning his $1 to $3 and then he kept going all the way up and ended up getting to $20 and then he decided it was finally time to put his money in. I don't know it it's just luck but ever since then he's invested in hundreds of coins and to this day he's only lost on diggits and on maybe 1-2 other coins out of the 100's he's invested in. He even held a coin for like 6-7 months checking the exchange everyday waiting for it to go up. He was at a 50% loss on the coin and he ended up making double his profit after 6-7 months of being patient and holding the $ he had I the coin. He also bought btc in at around $300 and held it until now where he sold it. That's where I've learned to get my patience from when it comes to trading or money making. I'm going to steal a line from the user "Mons" Profile, "Short Progress Is Lasting Progress" so got to have a little patience.
.Sinister: Patience is definitely a major factor when it comes to success. Entrepreneurs often have a competitive advantage against their competitors. What would you say your competitive advantage would be? H3God: Haven't ever thought of it that way. However one thing I would suggest is checking out your competitors and seeing what you can do to your product to have a competitive edge over them. For example you can make a list or a chart explaining the difference between your product and theirs. Isn't that what cable companys and phone companys do in commercials? Or you could make a special offer. For me competition is not really an issue as I don't have much "Real" competition. If you got a method which no one really does or maybe a few people do it then it's not much of a program. Just gotta be smart about it. When I used to sell btc I used to actually try to build a relationship with my customers such as adding them on Skype or checking up on them every once in a while if they needed btc. Those small things could go a long away by building a relationship with your customers. However most sellers don't realize that.
.Sinister: Hmm, that's an interesting way of thinking. Is all your money coming from HF or businesses outside of HF as well? What have you done with your earned money? H3God: Both. Most of it is off H.F. I'm a saver not a spender. I save majority of my $. But gotta have some fun with it every once in a while :)
.Sinister: Haha, thanks for taking the time to be with us today, H3God. This will conclude this edition's interview. Would you like to say anything else before we wrap this up? H3God: There's a couple things i'd like to say. First i'd like to say that newbies shouldn't take reps so serious. I Remember when i got my first negative rep and I quit H.F for like months lol. Also another thing i'd like to say is to not look at the present but look ahead into the future, don't do anything now that can potentially damage your future. Scamming is one example. I've seen tons of trusted members scam throughout the years for small amounts such as 1k or a couple 100 bucks which won't even be enough to pay bills for 1-2 months. I've made a ton of mistakes in the past as well such as getting paypals closed for selling Netflix accounts on ebay for small profit or I'd say H.F is a goldmine and is a good start for most people. You can make tons of $ if you know what you're doing. There will always be people who leave H.F and there will always be new people who join H.F and climb atop the ranks. One day it will most likely be my turn to leave H.F or to not be as active. That's just how it goes. Old members will leave and new members will come. However I don't see me leaving for a while.
.Sinister: I have to say, those are some great advices for the new members in our community. Again, thank you for being with us today H3God.

Microsoft Announces Xbox One S, Supports 4K
With fans of the Xbox line of consoles expecting to be off the hook from buying another console for the next four years, Microsoft may have just given some true fans a reason to upgrade. Announced at E3 2016 (although news leaked days earlier), the Xbox One S will be Microsoft’s newest edition to the family, sitting at a pretty solid price point of $300, while being 40% thinner than a traditional Xbox One console. Not only is the console’s footprint smaller, but it also packs a more powerful punch – in the form of pixels. While 4k gaming on consoles is still some time away, the Xbox One S will fully support 4K UHD video streaming from services such as Netflix, or even physical 4K Blu-Ray discs. Whether that justifies buying a whole new console is up to each person’s preferences, but the Xbox One S will most certainly be quite the deal for those who were interested in buying a standard Xbox One.
Microsoft Buys LinkedIn for $26.2 Billion
When Microsoft sees something they really like, they snatch it up immediately – and in cash. Microsoft has announced this week that it will begin acquiring LinkedIn, the colossal social media network for professionals in the work force. LinkedIn (as well as their 400 million plus user base) will belong to Microsoft later this year when the acquisition is complete, but no specific date has been given. Incredibly enough, Microsoft has bought the entire company all-cash, at $196 per share. Microsoft has no announced what they plan to do after acquiring LinkedIn, but have said that it will keep its branding and identity, and will also keep LinkedIn’s current CEO, Jeff Weiner. Weiner will then report directly to Microsoft’s current CEO, Satya Nadella.
Virginia and Maryland Begin Usage of Open-Source Textbooks for College Students
If you’re a college or university student, chances are that you’ve had to shell out thousands on astronomically overpriced textbooks and course materials, leaving your wallet empty. Well, if you live in Virginia or Maryland, those costs may soon begin to drop, possibly even to $0. A reform group for community colleges that goes by Achieving the Dream, has begun the initiative in 13 states and 38 colleges by offering nearly $10 million in grants so open source degree programs can be created. Achieving the Dream’s president explained what the movement was all about, explaining how “This effort is designed to accomplish two things that are crucial to completion rates for first-generation, low-income and students of color: Remove financial roadblocks created by textbook costs…[and] offer a new vehicle for using technology and course materials in dynamic and engaging ways.”
The Biggest Highlights of E3!
A lot of bombs were dropped this past week and I'm here to fill you in! Lots of new titles were announced this and lots of beloved, older series were given new life. Sony's conference, like usual, overshadowed Microsoft's with a myriad of highly anticipated games that have already amassed a lot of hype online. They opened their conference with a high drama orchestra until finally revealing a new God of War title! Kratos is back and he's sporting a beard to boot! His son also accompanied him in the trailer that was shown during the conference. Director, Cory Belorg, teased that there would be a lot of story related hints within the trailer. The biggest fan theory as of now is that Kratos' son is in fact Thor! There is a lot of evidence that supports the theory that can be found here. It was also confirmed that the first 3 Crash Bandicoot games are being remastered for PS4! Crash will also be making an appearance in Skylanders this October which is a tad less fulfilling. However, fans remain hopeful that Crash will return in a new game sometime in the near future. Days Gone was a big hit during Sony's conference as well! It is the latest project under SIE Bend Studios. Days Gone appears to play very similar to The Last of Us and was actually thought to be the sequel to Naughty Dog's title upon its reveal! While we're talking about zombies, Resident Evil 7 was officially confirmed! However, it has been taken into a totally new direction. It is now first person and carries supernatural elements. The trailer played much like Silent Hill's P.T and was accused of stealing its concept from it. It has been met with mixed responses. A lot of longtime fans appreciate that the horror element was brought back, but fear that it will lose the original feel that Resident Evil games had. Silent Hill fans were left heartbroken when Hideo Kojima confirmed that Silent Hills was cancelled, but some faith was restored when he hit the stage and announced his latest game, Death Stranding. The trailer took an unorthodox approach and left viewers with more questions than answers. The game will star Norman Reedus, but has nothing to do with Silent Hill as it stands. E3 was very satisfying this year, but underwhelming in comparison to past years.
Xbox Scorpio is Claimed to Be Most Powerful Console to Date!
Xbox marketing leader, Aaron Greenberg, has recently spoken about the newly announce Xbox Scorpio console. He has referred to it as a "beast" when discussing its power. It's reported to be at least four and half times more powerful than the current Xbox One console. The Xbox Scorpio is set to to release in 2017. The new system will feature 8 cores, 320Gb memory bandwidth, and six teraflops of performance that will allow for true fully uncompressed 4K gaming. Greenberg has been part of the team since the original Xbox was created and feels proud of how far the console has come. He is confident that it will be incredible as the morale of his team is the highest it has ever been! Greenberg is also fired up about future games in addition to the progression of hardware performance. He mentioned that Microsoft will release more first-party games in the next year than it ever has in its history. There is a lot on the horizon for Microsoft and they want everyone to be a huge part of it!
Pokemon Go Gets a Smaller Release Date Window!
During its Treehouse Live stream from E3, Nintendo revealed that Pokemon Go will become available sometime this upcoming July. They also revealed a nifty accessory that you can purchase for 35$ that will make the gaming experience a bit easier. Pokemon Go Plus is a clip-on attachment that can be adorned as a wristband. It will enable players to game without having to look at your phone. When encountering a Pokemon, the wristband will begin to vibrate and you can capture it by pressing a button on the wristband.
Hands Free Calling While Driving Is not as Safe as Previously Thought
Over the years, we have been taught that using hands-free devices for conversation equate to a safer driving experience. But, psychologists at the University of Sussex have found evidence to the contrary. The study has shown that those engaged in visual imagination--like during any conversation or while daydreaming--are likely to see fewer signs and indicators on the road. The study has also concluded that having conversations on the phone while driving, in general, may compete with the visual imagination processing power in the brain, which is usually dedicated to keeping a watchful eye while on the road. In fact, Dr. Graham Hole, Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Sussex, recently stated, "A popular misconception is that using a mobile phone while driving is safe as long as the driver uses a hands-free phone. Our research shows this is not the case. Hands-free can be equally distracting because conversations cause the driver to visually imagine what they're talking about. This visual imagery competes for processing resources with what the driver sees in front of them on the road."
Puff Puff, Slow Down
In a new study conducted by the Center For BrainHealth funded by the National Institue on Drug Abuse shows excessive use of marijuana can warp the reward system in the brain. The study compares 59 pot smokers to 70 non-smokers by cueing images of marijuana-related objects to those of the participants favorite fruits; when pot smokers were shown the paraphernalia the reward centers of the brain became more active than as compared to the desired fruit. Dr. Francesca Filbey, director of Cognitive Neuroscience Research in Addictive Disorders at the Center for BrainHealth and associate professor in the School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences says, "We found that this disruption of the reward system correlates with the number of problems, such as family issues, individuals have because of their marijuana use," and furthermore, "Continued marijuana use despite these problems is an indicator of marijuana dependence."
Naming the Last of the Seventh Row
Last year, the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry finished the seventh row of the periodic table by officially recognizing four new elements. But, the names of these new elements have remained a mystery up until recently. As it's always been, those who make the discovery, in the scientific world, get to give it its new title. Element number 113 received the name “nihonium" which is referring to the Japanese word “Nihon,” or "land of the rising sun," giving a classy salute to the Japanese discoverers. Element number 115 will receive the title “moscovium,” which is referring to the region of Moscow--where the institute that discovered it is located--in Russia. Element number 117 will be named “tennessine,” as a nod to Vanderbilt university located in Tennessee. And last but not least, element number 118 will be named "oganesson" to show appreciation to Russian physicist Yuri Oganessian, who helped discover several super-heavy elements.
Japanese Donald Trump Commercial
Everyone who has been up to date with the American Presidential election can note all of what Republican nominee Donald Trump has said in the past. Various different memes have been made in regards to Trumps views on immigration, his father handing him a small loan of a million dollars, and most recently, on June 15, a fake advertisement of Japan's support towards Mr. Trump arose to the surface on the front page of YouTube. The video which has reached over two million views since the release is American made and was created by YouTube's premier visual effects editor/director, Mike Diva. Within the video will showcase a ton of different anime references. Definitely a golden video people have to see. Everyday Trump is winning over more and more people. Even overseas people are reacting to what Trump has to say. Well, who would not? Trump believes that Japan is taking away some of the United States jobs and that Japan should be paying more for protection to provide for more U.S. Military Bases. With the United States being allies with Japan, the Japanese see Donald Trump as a problem, and Kuni Miyake, head of the Foreign Policy Institute in Tokyo replies to Donald Trump's statements about Japan, "Media overreaction creates people like Trump, who represent the dark side of the US. I believe in the western democracies — in the end they'll come up with a healthy outcome." You can check out the video of Trump, here.
Shark-ira Takes Over Twitter
Sharkira Sharkira! The meme of Left Shark is finally back. For those who are not very familiar with Left Shark or forgot, he/she was a dancing shark (costume of course) who was performing with Katy Perry during the Super Bowl Halftime show in 2015. A video of him/her was posted online and soon enough the dancing shark became a meme. That video can be viewed here. How is this entertaining you ask? His/her off sync dancing seems to have amazed fans all over the world and you guessed it, Left Shark is back with a new dancing trend in 2016. A video on Twitter has recently gained some popularity of Left Shark dancing to Shakira's hit song, "Hips Don't Lie". Is there any other way to bring back memories of a ten year old song? An account user by the name of "TheGirlCode" who say they are not affiliated with the MTV show Girl Code has posted this 15 second long video. But why? What is the fuss all about? Apparently among the world of Twitter, Left Shark or whoever is imitating the real one is fascinating. The tweet for the "Hips Don't Lie" Left Shark can be viewed here.
Finding Dory Earns $140 Million Opening Weekend
Finding Dory, which is the sequel to Finding Nemo, is currently a huge hit across the globe. Upon the release of the movie, Disney/Pixar have accumulated over $140 million in sales just during the first week. On the very first day, Finding Dory had achieved a whopping $9.2 million dollars in sales, followed up by $52 million more the following day! The sequel has the current title place for the highest-grossing animated debut ever. The top three movies this year include, Captain America: Civil War ($1.14 billion worldwide), Zootopia ($1.01 billion), and The Jungle Book ($912 million). Finding Dory has made it into the top five highest-grossing movie in only one week as said before. Directors at Disney/Pixar share that a huge chunk of the audiences that have attended the movie are young adults and teens who have seen the first movie. An executive producer by the name of Dave Hollis says that this is "generation Nemo", in reference to the huge influx of older audience members. If Dory keeps it up she will be swimming in more gold in no time.
As always, was a pleasure reading the HF news, I'm always counting the days until the next release. Any information on why Froggy requested to be closed?
