Basically, user does not know how to follow instructions in the e-book to get the method working for him. Havockas has berated me by calling me a liar which affected my psychological well-being and state of mind, but I ignored it. I clearly state on my thread:

I was willing to refund him if he showed me recorded calls, chat transcripts etc, as that is "sufficient proof". However, after threatening to leak my e-book, I remove his right to support and a refund.

I'm backing you on this one. Normally I don't really do this for eBook sellers, but you are entirely in the right here. He knew what he'd be getting when he bought an eBook from your thread (where proof was posted) and there's no way that the method wouldn't work unless he wasn't trying.

I have the same thought as Minimalist on this. I never back e-book sellers considering they do everything to void the refund guarantee but this is a case where you are right.

I don't know what you do outside of the forums, nor does it matter but as a whole this is the issue with forum sellers pushing eBooks and acting like "wanna be business men".

The amount in question is $125.
Unless your methods aren't earning you what you say they are / are possible of, why would you not just refund him the $125 take the loss, delete him and move on?
Maybe this comes with doing business for a while, or experience but an unhappy / angry customer (Be it online, in person whatever) is not one that you want around.

The general rule is refund them and delete / forget it ever happened.

Since the admins don't get involved in deal disputes this is what is going to happen.
He is going to keep harassing you however he can, he may leak your method on this forum or others.
You're going to get a headache from it and be annoyed.

It's $125. You are actively selling a method that you advertise as bringing in $1000/week.

Next thing that will happen, any one who sees this thread and probably my post will now think "He can't refund $125?"
It's all well and good standing by your terms and conditions if this was a brick and mortar business and you was dealing with educated, rational people but on a forum like this? It's usually one or the other.

You'll respond to this with "I said I'd refund him but he got rude and abusive so..."

I completely understand. I was more than happy to refund him if he shows me proof, which he has not done so. Any brick or mortar company also needs proof, which Havockas has failed to provide.
