sites like majyx and pscan are ''outdated'' ?

are sites like majyx and pscan that don't ''distribute'' using outdated scanners by any chance?, because i tried scanning a not fud file on majyx and it gave me 3/35 , and on virustotal 37/60 and weird enough , same avs that detect it on virustotal doesn't detect it on majyx why is that? altough they are the same
i have Bitdefender paid, and it detects the file instantly at download but majyx shows it as clean??? wtf

here is scan results:

https://virustotal.com/sv/file/ff068fd9f...493737005/
try scanning it again on majyx

i scanned the files just seconds after each other, and the file has also been scanned like 3 days ago by someone else llol.
Do you get the same results on that file when you scan it with Pscan?

this is the results from pscan http://pscan.xyz/results.php?id=vhMQWOOxOWOCNKRI
pscan seems to be more reliable and actually using up to date scanners.
