Hi, I have a locked LG G4 and I wan't to reset it, the problem is that I press the correct buttons to enter in the recovery mode ( Power and - ) and it seems as if the recovery mode is locked or something like that, because it doesn't work.
I asked a"professional" how to enter in the recovery mode, then he tried to enter in the recovery mode as I did, but he couldn't either so he told me that I have to reinstall the operative system or something like that but it costs money so I tried to do it by my own way.
So I just tried to downgrade the phone so maybe I could enter in the recovery mode with a previous version.
I installed a lot of previous versions but it appears the famous "bootloop" so I have to install the Marshmallow 6.0 yes or yes.
So, having said that, I wanna know if someone knows why I can't enter in that annoying recovery mode and give me some solutions.
