About Us
In general, Influence is a group devoted to success and prosperity. We preach excellence, hard work, and consistence to fuel and inspire our designers to the full extent. We are tight knit group of artists who have a burning passion to produce beautiful work. We will exert endless effort to assist passionate users in the process of becoming the artists they desire to be. Create, critique, conform – these are the 3 C’s we heavily adhere to within the group and they are something to live by, not just design by.

Create: You create a piece of art in the start.
Critique: Constructive criticism is sought out amongst your peers.
Conform: Adjustments are performed to turn your piece of ordinary art into a masterpiece.

Our Mission
The Influence Graphic Division focuses on a wide range of artforms. From web design to creative illustration, we possess users who are highly skilled at their given genre. We are here to raise awareness to the topic of graphic design amidst the many members roaming Hack Forums. This course is open for users of all skillsets, and capabilities or lack-of. The purpose of this course is to enhance one’s skills and further their expertise when they simply do not know how to progress, or require assistance with their favored artform.

Requirements
We do not have unreasonable requirements to be met. But along with these, we also ask that you are genuinely intrigued and motivated to become more advanced in your desired field.

- You must have 0 unresolved deal disputes.
- You must have at least 100 posts.
- You must have a positive reputation.
- You can not have a warning level greater than 20%.
- You MUST be active & social.

Do you have a passion for art? Are you a traditional artist or are you using Pen Tool? We are recruiting all types of artists that want to devote their time in becoming a better version of themselves. With our knowledge and help, you will excell without a doubt. But in order for you to excell, you need to have the required drive or passion for it.

UI/UX, Thread Design, Illustrations and much more soon. Pay attention to the requirements and if you're feeling ready on joining one of the most capable graphic teams on HF, prepare to take some harsh constructive criticism on which you'll have to improve your designs accordingly.

What about Influence sparked your interest?
I've been in Influence before, to be more specific; the Reviewing section. After taking a long vacation I decided to return back to home, and I joined HackForums again, that's why I am out of Influence now.

I've been doing graphical design for quite some time now. However, I can't get crank up my designs or skill. I always seem to stay at the same level of progress which becomes quite frustrating to see the same results over and over again. Although I improved a little bit, it's nowhere compared to what designers on HackForums are capable of. I hope that with he current lineup of the Graphics section, I can improve my skills and knowledge to strive to a better designer and hopefully a designer shop owner soon.

I will be attending college for the first time this year, which will be around Web design and UIX design. I hope to combine Influence's teachers and courses with my new college to get the best out of designing. I currently work on a MacBook Pro.

I'd like myself being seen in the area of Thread Designs, although I'd also be interested in UI design. If it's possible to commute in Two courses, I would be interested in both. If not, I'd like to open myself up for the Thread Design course.

How many hours can you devote?
I am online most of the time, when I am online on HackForums I can also invest that time into Influence and my progress. (Multiple hours a day)

Right now I only have my [Discord] Boop Boop Discord server. Join us. thread that took me 5 minutes in haste to create. I also have this thread, but I haven't posted much on it other than some works. The dithering on the gifs is horrible.

Other projects include helping Funtela with his youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/c/DropZoneEDM - for proof you can look at my rep for what he left, ask me for a project file preview, or just ask him.

And, I do have an Instagram with some works. You will have to PM me for it though, as it does contain personal information, but does include some old projects of a particular niche.



I also did this. Even I can say that the illustrations needed work.

What is your level of advancement when it comes to designing?
Depends, I want to work on my ui/web design skills as that is where I find myself failing the most.

I am SUPER confident in my experience regarding After Effects, however other tools such as Photoshop, Animate, and especially Illustrator I want to learn and work on.

How many hours can you devote?
I have all-day, every day. Well, not really. Other than school, I am free all the time. That's when I like to get work done.

What about Influence sparked your interest?
When I first came back to HF, I saw a lot of cool userbars but Influence's userbar is what caught my eye the most. And their mascot illustration is fucking pristine. Props to whoever drew that. This looks like a major GFX group that I'd love to be a part of. I've always wanted to surround myself with a group of high level artists that I can grow and develop different kinds of skillsets with.

I've been doing graphic design for about 4-5 years and I've been drawing since the age of 5. I'll like to be mentored, hone and polish off my skills and then give back to the HF community.

What about Influence sparked your interest?
I have been looking for a graphics group lately because I really want to get back into this. Influence seems very high quality and I know I can learn a lot from the members. I was very good with photoshop, cinema 4d, AAE, and a couple others, but I haven't done much since about 2014. My computers from back then are long gone and I don't have any work to show for myself. I recently just purchased a iMac and a Mac Book Air and I also purchased creative cloud so I have all of the adobe products and know I can do great with the right resources, such as Influence.

Anything I do I excel at and I am truly passionate about graphics, design, and art. I will work non-stop on improving.
