I was just wondering if this is false rep. Sometime ago i recieved this rep, i figured it was so fucking retarded no one believes it, but some people actually do lol. Here's the rep: FastBets (143) Neutral (0): PLEASE READ THIS REPUTATION. This user promotes islamic terrorism, including ISIS. He has talked about stealing money from non-muslims before. PLEASE DWC.
Does this go under as rep abuse or not? Since he talks about me having the intention to scam other users

Lol that's funny. Want more funny, read my rep :)

Exactly. It's a bad thing to have on your profile, but he's currently selfbanned and idk how long he will be.
Quote:• Ripped me off in a currency exchange in Skype
• This member stole $100 from me
• member has open scam reports
• Multiple account scammer
• scammed my friend
• chargeback on payment
• known scammer
• tried to scam
• took my money and didn't provide service
• this guy is a thief and will rip you off
Please refer to the above quote taken directly from the Help Documents.
It doesn't appear to be considered an 'Invalid Reputation'. <<<

Although true, its still kinda fucked up, gotta admit....
Although this reputation is not in direct violation with any of the rules surrounding invalid reputation, I'd say this reputation is in a grey area as does suggest you have the intention to scam.
You actually got 2 different reputations that say you "talked about stealing from non-muslims". Is that just a coincidence or?

Both are revenge reps. The second one just copied exactly what the first one said lol.
calling someone a terrorist without solid grounds to do so is a severe accusation and insult.
I had insulting reps removed in the past so I think it's breaking a rule.

Correct.
This would be breaking reputation rules. Reputation abuse isn't just 'Scammer Reputation'.
Read the following quote from Help Docs:
Quote:Can members write anything they want when giving reputation?
No. Our forum has a no flaming policy, and this also applies to reputations. If a member is seen flaming, they will receive a warning from staff. Also, a reputation accusing someone of being a scammer must be followed with a link to the scam report thread that you have made. Please note that there is a fine line between rude and crude and we consider very crude language to be a violation while rude language might be allowed. When you get a negative rep it's likely going to say something you don't agree with or like. We suggest you don't take it personal as all members get these type of reputations eventually.
Flaming users in general isn't allowed and this is also included in reputation. Now, whether Omniscient would consider this flaming or not is up to him.
See Popularity System.

Can vouch for this...
Omni shit on me for this exact same thing. I did not call the guy a scammer, but the rep I left was less than kosher, so to speak, and it did NOT go over well with Omni....

How did the user report your reputation? As far as I'm aware, contacting Omni about invalid reputation comes with a whole lot of risks in the event that it doesn't qualify. And the validity of a reputation is completely at Omniscient's discretion.

Not sure, but to clarify.
I left a bad rep on a user and Omni contacted me directly about it.

It's a stupid rep to leave someone. Send a PM to Omniscient. It'll most likely fall under Using extremely coarse language to describe or berate a member.
And you can't resolve it directly with him because, oh, who would have thought, he's banned.
Just don't call it false rep. There's no such thing.
