I am looking to get my old profile back from 2007 but cannot access outlook as the "someone may have accessed your account" message appears and it's tied to an old mobile so i cannot reset it, sending requests to microsoft is hopeless so I'm wondering if it's possible i can get my password reset for my old account?

I highly doubt you will gain access to the account without proof that it's yours, especially since someone recently hijacked a ton of 2007 accounts.

You can probably consider that account lost and can continue on your new account. Omni will not recover that account for you without proof, nor will Factor8 (recovery admin) when he gets instated.

Keep in mind the site has changed a lot (or so I hear) since 2007. Account security is taken very seriously by the staff so it's unlikely you will get your account back without being able to verify all the information related to it.

If your account was closed "for inactivity" then you may be able to get it back by paying a fee (See Account Recovery Changes). Otherwise, just use the Contact Us.
