Both, you can kill people financially as well so there is no difference. Not where you are going with this at least

You didn't define it you just rephrased it, my answer remains the same. In addition to my current answer, financial crime has the word crime in it there for not legal in any kind of way. Thus you can scale the size of financial crime to make it as bad as murder itself. So, no difference.
A lot of people care more about money than their own lives, because they are lonely and money is the only thing that keeps them emotionally stable.

I really did not want to quote you but i feel the need to do it anyway, What sane person cares more about money than his own life? ( lets be general and realistic, the answere is almost nobody ) What does money and loneliness have anything to do with eachother? ( you can have all the money in the world, and you could still be lonely ) Are you saying that money acts as a anti depressive? Because i can prove you wrong in so many ways. ( just look at all the rich hollywood stars killing themselfs ) (Aug 2, 2018 02:39 PM)Zoomer Wrote: I really did not want to quote you but i feel the need to do it anyway, What sane person cares more about money than his own life? That's what Im trying to say. Insane people. There are LOTS of them. That if they lose money, they could be lonely and then commit suicide. Yes, but sometimes making money is fun and could be there only hobby or thing to do. (Aug 2, 2018 02:45 PM)2073436 Wrote: Death is the worst possible outcome theoretically. Sure, you can be stripped away financially but being stripped from life definitively is much worse - in my opinion at least. What if money is stolen from a fund that was meant to send to a certain place with famine? What is worse now, this financial crime or murder?

Death is definitive, what you mentioned doesn't definitively result in death. Murder is intentional, stealing money is to steal money (Aug 2, 2018 02:58 PM)2073436 Wrote: Exactly this. Until a correction is made, many can die out of famine, you can name even worse things than famine that needs direct emergency aid. (Aug 2, 2018 03:00 PM)DenizZ Wrote: Why not? Someone dying because lack of funds doesn't mean the offender did that intentionally. Murdering someone intentionally assures no other way, not even a 0.0001% chance of recovering. At least with a financial crime there is that chance, and just for that I'm going to have to say murder will always be worse than a fanancial crime. The thief can intentionally steal money from the fund knowing that many people can die because if it? I'm not really sure. Financial crime can be worse in some situations in my opinion. |
