I was checking out the Deal Dispute section and nearly 75% of them didn't use the contract system and were done off-site on Discord.
Will it be better to have a small popup floating at the bottom left corner,
whenever an user is surfing the marketplace? It could be higlighted with red and will give info, something like "Read this before Doing any Deal at HF Marketplace" and will be linked with a simple thread pointing out the simple steps a user can take to prevent him from getting scammed.

I know that there are threads about marketplace rules and Contract system but most people are lazy/over-smart and decide to ignore those sticky threads.
