The daycare my kid is at unexpectedly closed down due to the owner having legal issues. I paid for the month of may on the 6th and they closed down the 7th. Since I had my daughter in the day care for the 1st and 2nd of the month can I still dispute the payment?

The biggest issue was that the owner of the daycare knew of this charge (Child sex charges) way before Monday and never wanted too disclose any of this to the teachers/parents. You should be able to get your money back & probably could go to court over it but that in itself could cost a lot. (May 11, 2019 06:16 AM)frostbite Wrote: We submitted it via check. That's the worst.. Once that check is cashed you rarely can reverse it. Sorry. Legal action or trying to have the company refund. |
