#Help with Ettercap Dns Spoof

I did arp spoofing using Ettercap , and i changed the etter.dns to redirect client to my Kali machine & then i did Dns Spoofing and it Worked Great and redirected the client succssfully , the only problem that the client disconnects from the internet , Is it anyway to Dns spoof the target without make him lose his Internet connection 🤝
This is most likely an easy fix. Kali Linux doesn't have IP fowarding enabled by default, which can cause connectivity issues when performing MiTMs. If IP forwarding isn't enabled on the host machine, traffic routed through your node is liable to disconnect the victim node from the default gateway by never routing its packets to the actual intended address (in this case, the actual gateway).

Run the following in Terminal and attempt the DNS spoof again: echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward

If you're running Kali live through bootable media or a VM, you'll need to run this command every time once you're at the desktop environment. To check if IP forwarding is already enabled, run the following command in Terminal; if a "0" is returned, it indicates that IP forwarding is currently disabled, whereas a "1" indicates that it's enabled: cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward

If you have Kali installed on a VM/host machine/etc., you can permanently enable IP forwarding by running the following commands in Terminal:

Code
/etc/sysctl.conf:
net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1

followed by

Code
sysctl -p /etc/sysctl.conf
