Firstly, I intended to name the title "Scammed by M L T" but today, he contacted me so I think it is fair enough to rename the title "Still not getting refund 450$ from Paypal after 10 days"

After few days, he doesn't spend any hour to teach me. So, I disputed the contract here (

Then at 27 May, he contacted me and told me that he refunded it and I need to close the dispute. Paypal show the refund is pending until 5 June.


At 4 June, Paypal refused the refund






If he has positive balance in Paypal, it should be refunded immediately like the 600$ refund payment I sent before

He told me that he have 7000$ in the bank linked to his paypal, so why the refund was declined ?

These are some evidences that shows how we make conversation. I will give full conversation later

I sent him 600$ but somehow he can't access the money. So we try with friend and family option. We agree the refund and send payment again as friend and family. I got 600$ refund immediately (no pending)



At this time, i pay him 450$ first to protect myself







I don't need private exploit but he give me anyway.


I marked the deal dispute resolved. That is my fault and big mistake when the refund wasn't cleared.

So, what I can do now is waiting him call Paypal support to know what is going on. So, Paypal is scamming me 450$?
I called Paypal multiple time but they always said the refund wasn't completed because they can't take money from his bank which links to Paypal account

The problem with stolen paypal was lame excuses in my opinion.
I don't know why did he said that, paypal is known for those holds and it has nothing to do if they money goes from bad nor good sources.
If MLT account was few days inactive or had little payment flow the last few days it's normal this happens.

Um, actually, there's 2 open deal disputes against me. The first being Thermal (whom I've came to an agreement with), the second is with someone who I was meant to provide a copy of an exploit to and did so late (but it has now been provided to him)

Why should I be banned exactly? I refunded this user (as requested) within 48 hours of him accepting a contract to pay me $600 for a service (he paid only $450... I still refunded him under 24 hours later anyway).

I've already responded to this with all the proof anyone needs... but evidently many users here lack even the most basic reaing comprehension skills.

This is an issue with paypal, not a scam attempt from me. I've been having issues with my account from the very first moment this user sent me funds (hence me questioning where exactly his funds came from)

If anything, it's me who's in a position to file a dispute here. He paid me $450 for a contract where he agreed to pay $600... then asked for the $450 refunded (so I obliged, giving him ANOTHER refund), now he's trying to pay me in three installments of $150...

In the 12 years of using PayPal, this has never happened to me until the very moment this user sent me funds, so of course I'm going to question the source of his funds. Occam's razor (or for the dumber users here -- typical common sense).

Also @ OP's claims "I don't need the private exploit" let me just point out to anyone reading this thread that the private exploit + lessons WAS WHAT HE PAID FOR. It's literally stated in the contract. The deal was supposed to be 50hrs + private exploit for $600... That's exactly what he agreed to in the contract.

I love watching all these people calling me a scammer without the slightest shred of evidence I'm doing anything of the sort. Also worth pointing out that this user filed a deal dispute against me within not even 48 hours of initially accepting the contract (after being given the exploit, prior to us coming up with a solid lesson schedule)

One question for you though, I refunded you out of good faith -- I'm not obliged to refund you at all... you asked for a refund less than 48 hours after both of us accepted the contract terms which you clearly read. I don't have ANY refunds policy in regards to that... yet I've still refunded you (and in doing so you've ended up with a FREE copy of one of my private exploits). I'm well within my rights to tell you "no refunds" and letting you know that you can just take or leave the lessons, since YOU accepted the contract then changed your mind under 48 hours later and demanded a refuned... yet still I obliged, attempting to refund you, and what have you done since? Repeatedly attempt to tarnish my reputation by making out like I'm scamming you when I'm doing nothing of the sort.

This happens quiet a lot unless you are a known company or have your own paypal manager from paypal.
I never said anything regarding the contract terms I was just poiting out the paypal issue.
