Hey so I went to buy something in shoppy.gg with cryptocurrency and couldn't make the payment. I was $3 short. I put money into it.
But how do I get a refund? The vendor says they haven't gotten the money that I did put through & now I am down on cash.

The vendor says look for an email that starts the refund process but I am not getting any. wtf do I do?

It has been nearly 3 hours since I put money into it.

I believe you should get an email to let you know you was short. Not 100% sure if it offers a refund though. Best option is to pay the full amount and contact the seller so they can contact Shoppy and ask them to process it manually

Also, there isn't much the seller can do as the money goes to Shoppy first and then once the payment has been completed in full it gets split beween shoppy and the seller. Be nice to the seller as you may not like this but it was your error and they are spending time resolving this for you.
