So I changed something in my Registry (tried to fix my cd rom) and it broke my laptop. I was unable to boot windows, so I used the Reinstall option with the Keep My Files. I still have all my files and shit downloaded, but most are on my E: Drive. My computer will detect everything on the C: Drive but not E:. An example is if I go to Add or Remove programs and filter by Drive, nothing will populate if I hit E Drive.

Additionally, is there a way I can copy everything from the windows.old folder and put it onto a regular folder for my pc? Thanks

"Keep files" means just that, no registry settings for installed programs is correctly restored. You can copy data files but programs will have to be reinstalled.
