ok let me start with the Exposure fx, i saw it at first, second is the render, i guess it was adjusted to black/white hue, maybe? ok ok this is my breakdown of your work, it is good to see in the eyes.

1. Exposure
2. Black/White on Render
3. Custom Main Text
4. Shadow on a Text maybe 0.5 ~ 1
5. Render was cut out via pentool and refine edge (maybe)
6. Good Composition and Place of Text.

9/10.

I think this is okay overall.

However, the text doesn't blend in with the Exposure effect that you have done, it looks out of the composition completely. As in, a separate entity.

In my opinion, I would have blended in the text as well.

Edit: This includes the person too.

If you were to blend them in, you'd need to reduce the exposure to make sure the text is readable.
