weird issue with my pc did it happen to you b4?

so i have been using my pc from the day that i bought it i guess 3 years ago and before 1 week my keyboard wasn't working correctly and i had to buy a new one it was typing 2 characters and stuff like when i press "d" i get like "ds" i tried to clean the dust but it didn't work after i bought my new keyboard it worked fine for 11 days so far but today i found out that my mouse scroll wheel is not working for example if i tried to scroll right now nothing will happen but after 20-30 min it scrolls randomly and it press's tab in my keyboard. just a little note i kinda like got hacked since when my other broken keyboard started typing weird shit i got emails that someone tried to access them so i did a full reset and format for my pc so now i am really not sure is it my pc or am i still hacked i did run malawarebytes & kaspersky & avast to check for both software viruses and hardware and both them said that my pc is clean so what it could be? i really need your help guys!
not everything is true.
You could be, reformatting your pc is good. You can also try not using that computer for a few days (no internet access).
It's always good to reinstall Windows to be 100% sure.
I had something kind of similar few years ago. Some keys wouldn't do what they were supposed to do, ... Checked for viruses, found one, and every bug was gone. Maybe you have something similar, but much more hidden

you mean completely leaving it or testing it offline?

Is the problem still present after reformatting and downgrading?
Formatting and changing all your passwords should be good enough. Even tho just to be safe you should also check that what ever you had on your computer hasn't spread to any external media like flash drives n what nat ;)

i mean that's not a problem since i don't keep important files on my pc.

Have you opened up the pc and just checked if the motherboard is seated correctly, nothing loose etc?
Avoiding porn sites and downloading from uncertain and unreliable sites can prevent you from virus.

yeah true but i never opened any could it be possibly that my hard drive that was connected to my old pc infected me again? since i plugged that to get some files that i kept for backup?

You've tried everything I could think of, it could be a dodgy USB bus on your motherboard. Have you tried multiple ports? re-seating any internal USB headers? If you've reformatted and tried clean version of Windows then it's most likely your computer itself.

Something might be loose, or......anything. It's worth taking a look under the hood just to see if anything is awry.
You could run Wireshark and do some different analysis. Maybe ask somebody here for help about a questionable file but tbh man, I would reformat that bad boy.
