This is probably a stupid question but I don't know anything about networking/ISPs so I thought I'd ask here.
I have gigabit internet and my speedtest usually hits 950+Mbps but I still have problems with live streams. Last weekend I was trying to watch a UFC livestream that I paid for and it was buffering for 2-3 seconds every 10 seconds. My friend with worse internet was watching with 0 buffering at the same quality (1080p).
Is there anything I can do to fix this? I tried swapping ethernet cables but it didn't do anything...
