Hello guys,
I sent a transaction 4 days ago from my wallet at https://commerce.coinbase.com.
The fast fees were $8 so I used the mid-speed with $4, after 2 days I got failed transaction: http://prntscr.com/slc5oo
I got $355 in my balance, I'm not able to send more than $14 it says I have no enough funds. http://prntscr.com/slc709
My funds with the failed transaction, $500
http://prntscr.com/slc75v
I really can't understand coinbase, why I can't send another transaction, and why They are not replying to my ticket.
this is the worst BTC wallet I have ever used.
Looking to get your advice.

Probably the only way to fix it is waiting, or contacting support.
Last time I opened a ticket on Coinbase Pro, it took them 1 day to reply.
Good luck with this OP

I sent multi tickets
I have been waiting for 4 days, I can't withdraw my current funds, and I don't know when I will get my failed transaction back.
this is really bad service.

Feels bad bro.
I was planning to use Coinbase Commerce in some future projects, but it seems that I'll have to find an alternative
I think coinbase does this to prevent double spending, you sent btc to someone with a low fee which has become stuck in the network and they don't want you sending out more btc. Coinbase support is actually really good compared to other wallets like bitpay.

That´s because you need to use BCH instead of BTC ✌

Seems like they want you to be a Pro member or you are already one? Try calling them may be.
First of all, Commerce is not meant to be used as a web wallet.
Second of all, see above.

Not sure how to help you with your situation now, but in the future I'd recommend using Coinbase pro. The transfers there are completely free and I've never had one take longer than 30 minutes. I use it all the time with amounts varying from a few bucks to a couple thousand.

Same thing happened to me once. It took about 21 days for my funds to become available.
I switched to crypto.com to buy my currencies (no fee for debit/credit purchase), and I exchange them on Jaxx. (Very nice exchange rates).
Coinbase crashed on me so many times when seconds were very essential. I'll never use CB again.
Good luck.
