Quick suggestion for the website and for the sake of keeping threads relevant.

I am suggesting that members who's account becomes closed, so do all their threads.

Pros:

• Service threads posted by that member will not repeatedly be bumped to the top of a specific sub-forum.
  


• Contact may still be displayed in thread, and when bumped, user may have additional possibilities to act maliciously on users.
  


• Will prevent super old/outdated threads from being brought back from the grave.  
  

Cons:

• Content is actually deserving of being at the top of the sub-forum
  


• Would prevent helpful content from staying on the front page of a sub-forum.
  

Usually its a lot of fresh members who bump these graved threads, but you can't really blame them since they may be new to forums in general and don't understand general forum culture.

In my personal opinion, there are both cons and pros to this suggestion, but the pros outweigh the cons. What do you guys think?

I apologize if this has been suggested before, I used the search feature to try and find threads similar to this, and didn't find one.

I think this has been suggested before several times and was denied. There can still be hq discussions on threads from closed members.

Suggested and denied many times. If it's an issue for the thread to be bumped and needs to be closed, just use the report function on the last post and report as "Other".
