Im willing to spend up to $400 on a chair, doesn't have to be gaming just a good one for my back honestly.
Aswell as for headphones im willing to spend up to $200.
SO IN TOTAL IM SPENDING $600
sorry if this confused anyone

Pretty much.. Gaming chair is an aesthetic. I spent $200, and it has lasted me a good amount of time. My next chair will be an ergonomic chair from Herman Miller. With this whole pandemic and remote work being the next big thing. Might as well invest in furniture rather than a gaming chair. I wouldn't say that ergo chairs are cheaper though.
I have a 3.5mm adapter thing on my xbox controller I'm not sure if thats what you mean
i'm currently using these headphones, but these are about 5 + years old?
I got them when the Xbox one first came out.
But i'm willing to spend up to $200 if thats a better marketplace. I dont want to deal with Mic and a set of headphones. I would honestly want a whole headset if possible.

Yes I currently have the this one, but the height adjuster thing is broke, I could try to google it.
It sits very very low to the ground, I need it to be higher. Its all the way down, i think the air pressure or whatevr holding it up is not working.
