So I just got Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz and I installed them correctly everything is working fine then I noticed that when I checked the speeds it was only at liek 2400mhz so I read online to change the xmp profile to enabled so I did that in my bios and the clock speeds were correct but now my pc just blue screens everytime I boot up my motherboard is an ab350m gaming3

It's really tough to run RAM over 2933/3000 MHz on Ryzen 1000/2000 without Samsung B-die, which you don't have. Now, don't run out and buy B-die cuz that shit's expensive, so I'd put in your RAM settings MANUALLY (ie. NO XMP!) and run your RAM at 3000. If it crashes, run it at the next lower RAM speed until you stop crashing.

I have a Ryzen 7 3700x now that isnt a 1000/2000 does that make a difference

I mean yeah, but also B350 boards generally struggle to do over 3000 without B-die. I'm pretty sure my 3200 MHz kit had issues running at 3200 MHz on my old Strix B350-F board.
