Currently it's not possible to purchase a sticky for threads other than your own. Now obviously you'd want to have some check in place to ensure the member of the thread that is being stickied actually wants it to be stickied (like a confirmation request sent to the owner of the thread) to prevent possible misuse, but aside from that I think this might be a decent idea. What do you guys think?

EDIT: Actually, scratch this idea, just thought of some other ways this would be abused and implementing it is definitely not worth the issues it would cause.
