In regards to your question, I want to deal with people who are actually interested in the service being provided and are a solid customer overall. I've dealt with too many people who are just annoying, don't pay, are late on payments, and just aren't good customers.

I like to do business with honest people who stand behind their words.

I work daily in a business where I'm in 1+ Million dollar homes one the daily, the last 2 months I've spent a majority of my time doing a full rewire and upgrade to a 12 Million Dollar home, going through a 2 Million dollar remodel. Why? The wife is an interior decorator and she's bored so the husband is paying for a full remodel as she wants.

To put this into perspective they have an entire staircase and floor of an office done in hand made, hand tanned, leather.

However, most people think these people are weird, they are the NICEST fucking people I have ever met. They speak to you kindly and with respect, they are clear and concise on what they want, if they change their mind they'll tell you why and how it's their fault.

I went to go get some new TV's for the house and we invoice customers because we have a distribution license. The owner put a $50,000 check in my hands and said okay go buy all the TV's, Mounts, Etc. and rest is for your labor.

I told him it was far exceeding what was needed and I'd apply the balance to the outstanding we had for other projects. This man shook my hand looked me in the eye and said, You father would have been very proud. (I took over my dads business when he died)

I will tell you what I've learned.


Most (Not all), Rich people are assholes. (Let be preface this): Rich people are the people with a couple million 10 or less total worth.

These people are okay, but have no issue being absolute ass hats because they have more money than you. I know everyone here has interacted with one of these cunts. They make up about 85% of the "so called wealthy".

Then you have the "RICH". These people have money and spend it as they need it, they can be a bit over the top hover and sometimes do their own research and try to tell you what to do. I always do what they ask and when it blows up go back to my way and they pay double by that point. (I don't mind these people as much).

Then you have the "Turley RICH" The guy above who shoved a 50k check in my hand for TV's. He's what you'd call a 0.01% person, in the Early 90's he founded a drug company that produced a major medication (I am not going to go further, I'm going to protect client privacy).


Long story short this drug is still used today, and is considered a staple so you do the math.. "He founded the company, Owns the Company, and the Drug is still made today"

Hence why he's a 0.01%er.

This man has more money than most people I meet and he never let it change him. These are the people I LOVE to work with.

I like Human's with emotions and tact not pricks who flash money in your face.

People that arey interested in the service being provided and can understand mistake do and will happen on our part and our customers. I've been running our families IT bossiness for about 8-9 years now. And have learned a lot about people on a business and personal level. It's opened my eyes to also not take so many people at word of mouth. A lot of sleezy people out there that will do everything in their power to not pay or ignore calls, etc. But you have to be ready for that type of stuff going in.
