Personally i shower every 2 days which is fine imo
unless i work out or am doing things where i sweat a lot ill take one after that but i dont think a shower is needed every single day

I don't see how big of a difference it is if you do it everyday or every other day
depends if you are sweating a lot, working in dirty conditions etc. yes then I understand showering daily.... but you are not gonna get dirty if you do not shower for a day

You most certainly get dirty every day. You should be sweating a little every day, you sweat in your sleep, and you take at least one shit a day. I don't see how showering every two days is not dirty. I always imagine this scenario: you have a girlfriend or wife, and they haven’t showered in two days — their shower is pending. You can imagine they wouldn’t smell good right?

Well at least once everyday and sometimes 2 times : morning and night .Shower not only cleans my body but it also cleans my energetic field by negativity etc

I do every day, but I do a lot of work outside the house after my day job so I've gotta, otherwise my wife is gonna have something to say about it.

I try to shower every day, always in the morning and if I have had a big day or played sport I will have another shower in the evening.
