Vitamin recommendations for mental health?

I started using magnesium not too long ago after struggling with anxiety for years. It’s really helped but not all the way.

Anyone can suggest other vitamins that can possibly help?
Omega 3 is very important, also vitb specially b6 and b12

Hey, I haven’t used anything myself, but from what I’ve read, some people find B-complex vitamins, vitamin D, omega-3s, or L-theanine helpful for anxiety. Of course, it’s always best to check with a doctor before starting anything new.
Vitamin B12 is good for the brain.
Idk but eating beef really helps.

Eating more meat would be a good idea bro.
Do you want to be shot
You can take your vitamins daily, exercise, meditate, journal and whatever tips the world feeds you, but in the end you still need to do the mental work to overcome your issues.
I would just take multi
B Vitamins (especially B6, B12, Folate) | Aid neurotransmitter production and energy metabolism | Low levels associated with fatigue, irritability, and depression.
Vitamin B2 improves concentration.
I focus better on tasks.
