Following watching Evil Dead 2013 I decided to watch Evil Dead Rise which came out 10 years later. This movie was very twisted and fucked up. I would say it's the worst of the three most recent Evil Dead movies. For some reason these people live in an apartment building that used to be a bank. Some way or another someone finds some old records regarding the Deadlites and they listen to them which then unleashes the deadlites on the apartment building. It's fun and gory but it doesn't have a point, it didn't feel like it properly added to the overall story of the Evil Dead. I give this one a 4/10.
