Alright so I was wondering a bit about Download and upload speed.

When I download I usually NEVER see over 300kpbs, though I have recently used some tools found here to up my speed and whatnot.

Okay so I went and tried downloading from mega upload a trailer for testing the actual speed....

I only got MAX 300kbs and avg about 150-200...

What the hell is up?

Also note I am on wireless+another user is on but not downloading anything...

If it says my download speed is ATLEAST 2MB/s why aren't I downloading it at this rate?

I am on DSL at the moment, and running of a Linksys Router and Wireless card.

Yea DSL very bad for downloading. I use cable and only get 800 kb/s - 1 mb

But on speed test it says I get 2mb/s atleast for DL speed, what gives?

The speed at which you download, does depend on where you're downloading from.

Now try resetting your Modem/Router, even to factory settings If need be.
This can make a difference at times.

Please advise of the outcome. Also, It may be worth your while to give your ISP a call, to make sure that everything Is okay on their end.
