Keep Fighting

Life doesn't always give us a choice about what we have to face. There will be moments when everything feels too difficult, when plans fall apart, people disappoint us, and giving up seems easier than taking another step.

But fighting doesn't always mean being the strongest person in the room. Sometimes fighting means getting out of bed when you don't feel like it. It means trying again after failing, standing back up after being knocked down, and refusing to let one bad chapter define your entire story.

You don't have to win every battle. Some battles simply teach you how strong you can become.

There will be days when progress is barely noticeable. Keep going anyway. The fact that you're still fighting means the story isn't over.

---

Advice of the week

You don't have to be fearless to keep fighting. Be afraid, be tired, be uncertain—but keep moving forward.
