If I just go to the URL it's all jacked up, but clicking the home link fixes it for me. Wasnt sure what was going on. Thanks

If you visit the URL and it's pure text, it's not a referrer problem. If you get a 403, it's a referrer
problem. Clicking on the home link, sets your referrer field as HF, as it's now needed.

Just sayin, all I did was add hackforums to adblocker plus and all my issues went away.
(Add as in allow it)

Did you at any point in time, add HF to the block list (even if by accident?).

An actual fix is to just use hackforums.net instead of hackforums.net, fixes the issue for me.
Consider everything written by me on this website to be misinformation and misleading.
All of my posts here were purely for attention, or whatever the 13-14 years old me thought.
I don't engage with any gray or black hat hacking activities, and I don't support any kind of privacy invasions anymore.

Pretty sure it was defaulted as Ad block was on.
All I know is I logged on a couple days ago, noticed the css wasn't loading properly and adblocker was the first thing that I checked. It worked. I moved on and haven't thought about it until now.

Yes, for you. Not for everyone else, but as stated by me and hell even Omni, it's a referrer issue. If
you can't access the scripts directly, it's because you do not have your referrer field filled with HF's
data.

Hope this helps ya'.

You know you are a audio enthusiast when all you listen to is FLAC audio.
For me, an easy fix is usually clicking THIS LINK a.k.a. [Image: 1TIlcNh.png], it is not that challenging people - at all for that matter. You seem like your making it more difficult than it should be. Alternative method to restoring the interface is through typing the entire URL... hackforums.net

I can confirm this works for me in Google Chrome and Google Chrome on the App Store on iPhone and both my laptops, and iMac running Google Chrome at school too.

Easy as that. Don't over-think it.

Someone with the ability to - PLEASE junk this thread.

Tyvm in advance! :D
I've got a solution to all the people who tried the above solutions and failed.

Press CTRL+F5

What are the settings for your Adblock and Ref control?

You literally have no AV or add-ons? None what so ever? Positive? In this case, Clear your DNS
(flush it), then click on usercp/home twice to set the referrers. If it doesn't work, can I ask for
your header info when you visit HF? Better yet, can you see any of the .js files directly?

._.
1) It works foryou not others. Otherwise I wouldn't have posted this thread.
2) You're only displaying a fix for Google Chrome. What of other browsers? Exactly.
3) I'm a Mentor and owner of this thread, either way I could junk it. If it broke rules or was
un-needed another staff member or Mentor would have junked it by now. Hell, even Omni commented
in the thread, he would have junked it if it needed to be.
4) Literally, I do not know how else to say it's a referral problem except in Omni's own words. ._.

That doesn't work for everyone, that and you need to be able to reset the referrer field for all
browsers.

The point just went over your head. If they've tried everything, then the ctrl+f5 will work, because you've enabled referrers but haven't cleared out your cache.
