Hey there, all.
I'm in the midst of a deal for a Amazon Gift Code and 24 hours after the payment it seems that the user has no intent of sending it; upon receiving the money they've gone offline and haven't returned since.
If I were to chargeback to attempt to get my money back, what "proof" would I use in the dispute and how would I go about this whole thing?
Cheers.
"You haven't received the item" is the best thing to say,
but wait for more replies, I have never chargedback so I'm not sure.

Don't do this.
Never mention that you paid for a virtual item.
PayPal sides (almost) every time with the seller.
You would be better off claiming it was unauthorized.

Don't say this! Paypal doesn't cover virtual items so you will lose every time. The only thing you can do: make up a story that your Paypal account has been hacked. If you logged in on your Paypal account with a different IP then the success rate is much higher. Make it look like someone knew your password.
There is no way to do that, simply you won't win a virtual item dispute

That's not true,
many people won dispute against me when I was selling a virtual item.

Call and say it was for a IRL item . Then say he told you to send as friends and family (key part )

Well, I know it all now,
when I received first chargeback I didn't even know what that was,
I just saw that I was -$23
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MEMBER
Say you purchased headphones and are wondering where they have been that is has been a little over 2 weeks and you would like a tracking number, and once they provide tracking you'll cancel the dispute.
Works everytime
