I got no way of knowing where to start trying to fix it, so any help would be appreciated :/
After booting it again it now shows this error:

Starting to think that my disk check pretty much ruined the os

In some cases you can attempt to restore your MBR and OS Record
Try this:
1. Restart the PC if its running.
2. try to access the Windows advanced startup options by pressing F8 after the BIOS screen goes away. If the advanced startup options comes up follow steps 3a-4a
3a. Using the arrow keys select Safe Mode with command prompt. You should have a CMD window open in front of you type these in. (one at a time)
fixmbr
fixboot
4a. Restart the PC. If it boots, you SHOULD BACK UP ALL FILES YOU CARE ABOUT!
3. If Error loading Operating System still shows, You will need a Windows installation DVD or Flash drive.
4. Insert the DVD into the DVD tray of if using a flash drive insert it into an avalbile USB port. Boot from the DVD/USB.
5. Wait. When you get to the screen where it says Install now, DO NOT CLICK THAT. instead you will click on Repair your computer at the bottom.
6. You will need to find the Command prompt option. Im not 100% sure where its at on the W8/8.1 disc but on the W7 disc its directly under Repair your computer.
7. Once you find the Command prompt option, You should have a CMD window open in front of you type these in. (one at a time)

fixboot
8. Restart the PC. If the Error loading Operating System error comes up again then you have a corrupt or bad Hard Drive.
