(Short Description)
I messaged frutk to sell bitcoin to him, he bought 100$ from me with a contract, then asked if I wanted to sell the rest(160$) I accepted but he wanted to do with without a contract, as the newbie I am I assume it will be fine considering we previously made a deal. I sent him the bitcoin but he made an excuse that he cannot access PayPal and never replied back to my messages.

Description/Proof (Sorry for all the links you will be seeing)
I messaged frutk to see if he was interested in buying Bitcoin from me. He accepted and said that he will buy $100 worth which went well here:
www.hackforums.net/contracts.php?action=view&cid=9601

As the newbie I am at this site he asked if he asked if I wanted to exchange more. I accepted because I had $150 worth left.

I replied back and so did he.
www.gyazo.com/ede0c2e6c998014d511ea6f061cc00ad

He made the suggestion to do without a contract, I thought about it and agreed I assumed him to be a trusted person considering his Rep and that we previously completed a deal with $100
www.gyazo.com/6e567b6a98c566250404422864fa023a

I tell him that I will send it after he replies, he does so with another bitcoin address. So I send the bitcoin to that address.
www.gyazo.com/645f0568905a5bf5a7af78ddfaf63b9f

I do so and give him the TID: 8685f7d8fa6302131d105ff628107e4cb66378a825d286354f8b1245a5bf1826

Then the last message I receive, he replies with:

I never received the money and frutk never replied back, he also hasn't posted anything in the past 4 days.
So you didnt use a contract? No point in posting then. make alert
I only made this as a warning, I don't expect anything from it. Isn't that what you are supposed to do? I saw many threads on this page that made it without a contract.

How do I make an alert?
Sorry for your loss but HF won't give a shit if you don't follow their "rules", next time use a MM or be cautious.

OK sorry for your loss.

Always use contract!

Yeah, I realise the importance of Contracts now.
I used a contract on the deal I made with him 10 mins before and assumed that it wouldn't matter because I thought the contract was a way of confirming that the buyer wouldn't scam. He asked to do it without so I went with it, I didn't want to break the deal down because I didn't feel comfortable.
Turns out my train of thought was wrong that no matter what you have to use a contract.
I blame my ignorance on researching the rules and the advantages of contracts.
Really sorry for you loss man. Hope you get your money back
Since you did not use Contracts for the deal you were scammed on, this deal dispute is considered invalid.

That is the number one reason to stop dealing with someone. If something doesn't feel right, trust your instincts!

And that's the BTC from your first exchange with the Contract. Looks like you must have sent it to a different BTC address. Doesn't look like you sent from the same wallet either, did you?

It was from the same wallet, and I sent it to the address that he messaged with which was different from the first one.
I use coin space it seems to send it from a new address each time.

He has made 5 transactions since he scammed me.
I am sorry for your loss, mate. That member should totally get banned. Do a quick search on the user, and you'll find that they scammed many times.

I am just appalled at that user for breaking the rules and taking advantage of the system by knowingly and intentionally avoiding using contracts during a currency exchange SCAM. The user had basically manipulated you into not using the contracts, to avoid them from getting a negative b-rating, and essentially avoid getting a valid deal dispute written against them. (use of contracts)

That is why I wrote this thread https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5887466 To get scammers like that user off of the web.
