There were several other transactions that were caught up in this issue and those have already been resolved.

KJ never denied it. He said they're working on it in private and this is just formal.

I know you have said there's legal issues and other issues surrounding the transaction so does this mean there's an account lock etc and the funds are still there or has the funds been taken out? I think this is an important issues to clarify.

Yes, there is an account lock/closure with all of the funds in the account. After weeks of no thorough response from the exchange service is when I have gotten legal counseling, which is currently being proceeded with.
