Pc wont boot with RTX 3060

I am using a cheiftec 750C powersupply which should have more then enough power. When I swap with my older amd gpu it runs ok. But when I use that gpu and use both 8 and 6 pin it wont boot. There is a click and thats it, wont even go to BIOS.

That doesn't sound like a power issue. Maybe the 3060 is defective? Or the PSU doesn't like the 6 pin being plugged in, which doesn't sound very likely.
Sounds more like a hardware conflict, or resource conflict then an issue with the power supply.
This is why you should research if your parts are compatible and upgrade ACCORDINGLY. Its not hard to use fucking google bro.
Could be a BIOS setting if its set to run on older PCIE versions or you have a riser cable.

Sounds to me either a bios issue which I think is unlikely, or a defective GPU which is possible.

I took it to a repair center, they diagnosed one of the power cable is faulty. After fixing it works fine now. Running small llms and diffusion models. Need upgrade to a better graphics card though.
