I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this thread as I believe it falls on more of the PC hardware part and not windows in general which is why I didn't post it in that thread.
Anyways from the gist of the title you should have been able to understand that I was playing H1Z1 the screen froze however I still heard the sound, my monitor's then proceeded to turn off and display DVI no signal & HDMI no signal. No matter how much I tried to fix it (replugging in, cleaning with air can) it didn't come back until I restarted my computer. Anything you can think of in particular which would cause this error?
Edit: Was looking for my build on the site.

Are your drivers up to date?
What are your GPU temps?
Are you overclocking the GPU?
What power supply do you run?

1. Yeah, i'm pretty sure my drivers are up to date.
2. Not sure right now as speccy is acting retarded but idle I think it's like 28 degrees C and on games it probably goes close to 40?
3. No, I am not.

Maybe something fried inside the computer? Have you checked inside to see if anything looks odd/weird? It could be that one of the ports fried.

Opened it up nothing really seems wrong when I rebooted the system it started working again.

Don't trust Speccy for temps

Those look like Idle temps.... leave HWMonitor open while you play some game for 10 min then post the temps again.

Temps (GPU) are ok but it would seem you are pushing that card pretty hard.
It's possible that prolonged play could cause it to overheat.
It the problem persists it may be time for a new GPU.

I play on max settings easily with no problem. I have even streamed on it. Your point being? lol

Streaming is more of a CPU task....

I would wait for the new RX480 at the end of the month the 8GB will be about $230 and the 4GB will be about $200, I would really suggest the 8GB for the little extra money.

The point being at me saying I have even streamed on it is that it is running with the highest settings while being able to handle the streaming also.
Would I need a new PSU for this new card? Why the 8GB? I don't really plan to be running anything 4k so would I really need the extra?

The memory isn't directly for running higher resolution....
The 480 is not a 4K GPU its target is 1080p
The 4GB is $200, while you can double the gram for $30 more there is no reason to get the lower model.
Also no your powersupply will be more than enough, the card will only be able to draw a max of like 160w, it only has a single 6-pin power connector.
