I sold something online, was paid through Goods and Services. PayPal limited my account which made it so I couldn’t refund the customer. If the customer initiates a chargeback, will I be able to send a refund?

You can refund a customer whenever you want. Also if you have $0 balance, your account will be in negative if a customer gets refunded.
However, if I were you I'd immediately take steps to get your account back up and running. (Feb 26, 2018 08:31 PM)Tony Stark Sucks Wrote: I sold something online, was paid through Goods and Services. Hey, you can refund it by calling in PayPal and asking them to manually refund for you and they should be able to do it. Hope this helps. If you follow PayPal's Terms of Service and know how to use it correctly, its one of the most easiest going payment methods available. Pretty much everything sold here goes against their ToS and some users here are under 18, or don't want to use real names, enter SSN and shit. List goes on. |
