Introduction:
I decided as a bit of a regular drinker, a fun idea would be to start a blog series on reviewing different types of beer. I will start with some of my Favorite beers and then try some of your recommendations. I will provide insight on what flavour notes are and a few other facts about the beer.
The way I will do this is I will purchase at least two of the beers, I will drink one and note down my thoughts. I will then have one (or more) of the beers as I create this thread.

Which Beer
So I thought the best way to start this series off is to start with my favourite beer. The Beer I have chosen to start with is Little Creatures Pale Ale.

Location and Stats
Little Creatures owns two locations, they own one Brewery in Fremantle, Western Australia and Geelong, Victoria.
Little Creatures started their journey in the Fremantle location but later on expanded their operations to the east coast of Australia to provide better transit and a more fresh beer to the east coast.
This beer is a full strength beer, actually sits a little stronger than most Pale Ale beers on the market. The standard Pale Ale in Australia ABV is 4.4% ABV (Alcohol by volume). However this is an American style pale ale, hence why the ABV does sit at 5.2%.

Flavour profile
So the flavour profile is a cross between citrus and burnt toffee with a bitter finish.

My Thoughts
Little Creatures Pale Ale is up there with my favourites and would narrowly beat the second place beer that comes to mind. As it is a full strength beer it does have quite a strong and harsh flavour to it. I tend to enjoy it. I also like that it has a higher ABV content compared to the competitors out there. Just like every beer, the best way to enjoy it is straight from the tap at your local pub. One of my goals is to tour the brewery and learn more about this beer and How they make it.
Let me know what your thoughts are on this series and pop some suggestions of beers you'd like me to try and review.
