What have you downloaded recently? Can you go into your programs and files folder thing and screenshot what's in there?

Try to scan with Hitman Pro. It detected the malware which my Kaspersky and Mbam failed to detect. 👍

A better option would be to take step by step help of a good white hat helper here.
